A new method of PID control based on Internal Model Control is proposed. Internal Model Control has a better control against time-delay and disturbance. Combining these two, we can control the polymerization temperature more accurate and stably. Application of internal model control in the production of PVC
This paper based on the background of PVC production process in the chemical plant, analyzes deeply the characteristics of PVC polymerization temperature and the difficulty of control.
