摘要

利用Aspen Plus模拟软件对白油原料的溶解度进行模拟,并计算脱芳氢耗。采用100mL上行液加氢评价装置对白油液加氢工艺进行了研究。研究结果表明,液相加氢产物的紫外吸光度不大于0.1,且在230℃、17 Mpa、LHSV 0.5 h-1条件下,saybolt色、铜板腐蚀、易炭化物质均能满足质量要求。2000小时液相加氢试验表明,产品质量稳定,符合食品级标准,液相加氢工艺是可行的。
