摘要

近年来,世界自然灾害和人为灾害频繁发生。在这种情况下,防灾工作是必要的。为了提高庇护所选址的质量,本文提出了基于社会选择的综合评价模型,将统计学和社会科学理论相结合,构建了一个新的评价模型。将所有模型的计算结果与专家解进行比较,结果表明,基于社会选择的综合评价模型比其他综合模型和所有传统模型都具有更好的结果。

Urban emergency shelter site selection
