PENGGUNAAN ROKOK ELEKTRIK (VAPE) DI KOTA MAKASSAR PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM

AbstrakMakassar merupakan salah satu kota dengan jumlah perokok yang cukup besar. Rokok elektrik (Vape) sendiri sudah terdapat di Makassar sebagai komoditi perdagangan alat elektronik lainnya, bukan sebagai obat-obatan. Rokok elektronik dianggap sebagai alat penolong bagi pecanduan rokok supaya berhenti merokok. Karena rokok tetaplah rokok yang harus digunakan sesuai batas normal supaya terhindar dari masalah kesehatan dari dampak rokok tersebut.. Penulis didorong untuk melakukan penelitian tentang penggunaan rokok elektrik (vape) di kota makassar dalam perspektif hukum islam. Penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian normatif hukum dimana menggunakan studi literatur dan wawancara untuk memperoleh data. Penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa Pemahaman masyarakat tentang rokok elektronik lebih sehat dan aman dari lingkungan dan Dampak sosial di sekitar ialah segelintir orang risih banyaknya berita hoax, rokok tembakau juga masih menjadi pilihan bagi masyarakat umum yang masih setia terhadap rokok tembakau serta Rokok konvensional dan rokok elektrik itu sama yang menjadikan keduanya dihukumi makruh. Akan tetapi juga didefinisikan dihukumi hukum makruh sepanjang tidak merugikan diri sendiri dan orang lain, apabila merugikan diri sendiri dan orang lain maka hukumnya menjadi haram.Kata Kunci: Rokok Elektrik; Vape; Hukum IslamAbstractMakassar is a city with a large number of smokers. Electronic cigarettes are seen as a tool for addicts to quit smoking. Because cigarettes are always cigarettes which should be used within normal limits in order to avoid health problems due to the effects of these cigarettes. The author is encouraged to conduct research on the use of electric cigarettes (vape) in the city of Makassar from the perspective of Islamic law. The author uses a type of normative legal research that uses bibliographic studies and interviews to obtain data. The author may conclude that the public understanding of electronic cigarettes is healthier and safer than the environment and the social impact around is a handful of people uncomfortable with the many hoax news, tobacco cigarettes are also still an option for the general public who are still loyal to tobacco cigarettes and conventional cigarettes and e-cigarettes which were the same as the two punished makruh. However, he is also defined as being punished by Makruh law as long as he does not harm himself and others, if he harms himself and others, the law becomes haram.Keywords : Vape Electric Cigarettes; Islamic Law.
