摘要

本研究采用锁卵培养液(LEM)体外保存虫体后,在不同时间(24、48、72小时)分别使用不同浓度的蚯蚓粉(50、100、150、200 mg/ml),采用甲基噻唑四唑(MTT)法测定滋养体的活力。结果显示营养体的可行性(50毫克/毫升)(24、48、72小时)后(74%、78%、70%)分别分别与控制(100% 99% 95%)相比,在(100毫克/毫升)(24、48、72小时)后(60%、43%、49%)分别在(150毫克/毫升)(24、48、72小时)后(40%、31%、35%)分别在(200毫克/毫升)(24、48、72小时)后(26%、20%、30%)分别与控制在甲硝哒唑(24、48、72 h)(5%、4%、3%)分别与控制。
