摘要
本文讨论了Donat Madu cihanjiang的业务流程建模,本研究的目的是利用BPMN对业务流程进行建模,以改善对消费者的服务。使用BPMN对当前业务流程进行进一步建模和仿真、问题分析、对建议的业务流程进行建模和仿真以及对结果进行比较。使用的方法是业务流程改进(BPI)方法。所获得的结果建议建模新的业务流程,以改进对客户(消费者)的服务。
