After analysis conducted, it is known that decreasing efficiency of cooling system caused by uncontrolled water flow rate into the system. 摘要

水是冷却系统中传热过程的主要介质之一。进入系统的水的流量大小会影响整体的冷却效果。对主回路制冷机系统的COP(性能系数)进行水平衡分析,是基于对制冷机系统运行过程中产生的冷冻水温度不能达到所需标准的观察。经分析可知,由于系统进水流量不可控,导致冷却系统效率下降。水平衡完成后,通过平衡阀控制进入系统(蒸发器)的流量,使流量由16.07 × 10 -3 m3 / s增加到52.70 × 10 -3 m3 / s,使冷水机组COP值系统由2.4增加到4.1。
