摘要

为了有效地评价中文人名识别方法,本文提出了一种基于随机选句替换人名的中文人名识别系统性能自动评价方法。该方法主要分为评价语料库的构建、评价文件的生成和评价分数的计算三个部分。由于该方法中的评价文件是自动、随机生成的,克服了传统标准评价文件规模小、固定、不可重用等缺点。实验表明,该方法不仅高效、有效、客观,而且可以推广到地名、机构名称等其他类型的命名实体识别评价中。

An Automatic Evaluation Method for Chinese Name Recognition
