The techniques of energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and texture mapping were also used in tool wear morphological analysis. The validating test results are well consistent with the principle of constant volume. 摘要

结合改进的数字散斑相关方法(DSCM),将扫描电镜(SEM)三维重建技术引入刀具磨损研究。利用摄影测量理论对扫描电镜立体对进行三维重建。用已知三维结构的压痕对计算结果进行了验证。将SEM立体副提取的磨损面与最小二乘法拟合得到的参考面进行比较,计算刀具磨损试验的磨损损失。在刀具磨损形态分析中还应用了能量色散x射线能谱(EDS)和纹理映射技术。验证试验结果与恒体积原理吻合较好。结果表明,扫描电镜三维重建在磨损观察上是可靠的,在实际工程应用中具有很大的优势。
