Embalut Sinergimas Persada. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a total sample (census data) of 37 respondents and using a quantitative descriptive approach. The analytical method in this study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the help of the AMOS 26 software. The results of this study show that there is a positive influence between the quality of leadership communication and employee performance, and directive leadership style has a positive influence on the quality of leadership communication. PENGARUH KUALITAS KOMUNIKASI PIMPINAN DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DIREKTIF (BERBASIS PATH GOAL THEORY) TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
