The reconstruction of the model was accomplished using computer-aided software such as Imageware and UG, and the output of entity modeling was achieved using a rapid prototyping machine. 摘要

基于逆向工程的三维建模方法重构和快速成型技术,对壶体表面和壶盖进行数字化,实现了实体→三维数据→三维模型重构→实体模型的过程。本文采用非接触式数字技术,手持式三维激光扫描仪对茶壶表面进行了数字测量,获得了大量的点云数据。利用Imageware、UG等计算机辅助软件完成模型重建,利用快速成型机实现实体建模输出。逆向工程与快速成型技术的结合,简化了产品再优化的过程,有效缩短了产品的设计开发周期。
