摘要

传统的教育培训体制存在着交通、住宿费用高、工作效率不高、工作时间利用效率低、培训频次率低等问题。印尼人民银行(BRI)计划投资在线培训系统,通过从传统系统向教育和培训系统的过渡,提高绩效效益、教育成本效率和工作时间效率。从研究结果可以看出,实施在线培训系统可以降低教育培训成本,提高分析便捷性带来的生产力,扩大市场陈述带来的收益增加,从而提高绩效有效性和成本效率,总收益成本为39.033.822.000 IDR,经济增加值为29.288.848.720 IDR。
