{"title":"院前急救医务人员职业焦虑水平对工作满意度的影响:以亚得曼省为例","authors":"Adile Neşe, Reva Gündoğan","doi":"10.54409/hod.1142419","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Aim: The main purpose of the study is to determine the effect of occupational anxiety level on job satisfaction in pre-hospital emergency health workers. \nMaterials and Methods: The study was conducted with a total of 72 pre-hospital health workers, 29 of whom were Emergency Medicine Technicians and 43 Paramedics, who worked in the field in Adıyaman Provincial Ambulance Service as an online questionnaire application and agreed to participate in the research. \nResults: The participants' Minnesota job satisfaction scale internal sub-dimension score was 2,99±0,72, the Minnesota job satisfaction scale external sub-dimension score was 2.50±0.86, and the Minnesota job satisfaction scale total score was 2,79±0,73. The total score of the occupational anxiety scale was 86,11±18,15. Among the participants, women, paramedics, married people and those aged between 18-25 had higher Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale scores. \nConclusion: It was concluded that the job satisfaction score of the emergency health personnel was low and their anxiety level was high.
