Gandhian View On The Philosophy Of Education

"Education is a continuous process which goes on whether school keeps or not. People learn anything before they enter into the school followed with continuity outside the school-room. They keep on learning even if the formal education comes to an end. Even during the hours of formal schooling, the students learn much from their environment which surrounds them, but that does not constitute planned formal or curriculum based education. The students secure a great deal of education from magazines, daily talks, classroom teaching, radio, television etc. that are a means of education.
