The stepping feed and moving direction of the electrode are controlled by the ultrasonic motor. Through changing moving direction of the electrode quickly, the coaxial vibration of the electrode is generated and it enhances the evacuation of debris, thereby improves the machining speed. The dimension of the mechanism is 45 mm x 20 mm x 40 mm.
