The research on measurement model of soil nitrate nitrogen based on ion selective electrode is carried out in this article aiming to obtain the information of soil nitrate nitrogen quickly and accurately. Simple linear regression equation is adopted to establish the calibration equation of ion selective electrode and the calculated values of this model compared with laboratory measurements show that the model is quite accurate.
