Environmental conditionality in Eu-Latin America trade relations
The purpose of this paper is to verify whether it can be ascertained a policy of “environmental conditionality” in EU trade relations with Latin American countries, aimed to environmental promotion and to improve sustainable development. It analyses both agreements and unilateral acts in order to define the characteristics and the efficacy of such a policy.
