Management of Innovative Processes in the Sphere of Social Services
The article is devoted to the study of the problem of resistance to innovation in the field of social services of the population by staff in organizations providing social services to citizens of the older generation. In the course of the research, the key elements of personnel management during the introduction of innovations and the main strategic barriers to innovative development in the social sphere of St. Petersburg.
