The sensitive stress of sensor storage environment is analyzed, the acceleration stress level and acceleration factor are determined, and then the accelerated storage test section is designed. According to the test section, the accelerated storage test is carried out to obtain the engineering use data and the performance test data in the acceleration process. The characteristic life of sensor based on Weibull distribution is estimated by maximum likelihood criterion.
