The sensitive stress of sensor storage environment is analyzed, the acceleration stress level and acceleration factor are determined, and then the accelerated storage test section is designed. According to the test section, the accelerated storage test is carried out to obtain the engineering use data and the performance test data in the acceleration process. The characteristic life of sensor based on Weibull distribution is estimated by maximum likelihood criterion. 摘要

针对工程实践中传感器在存储过程中所承受的各种环境应力,以及常用的加速存储寿命试验只考虑单一应力,不能反映传感器实际环境应力的问题,提出了模拟实际存储环境下综合应力下的加速存储寿命试验方法。分析了传感器存储环境的敏感应力,确定了加速度应力水平和加速度因子,设计了加速存储试验段。根据试验段进行加速存储试验,获取加速过程中的工程使用数据和性能试验数据。利用极大似然准则估计基于威布尔分布的传感器的特征寿命。最后,给出了两个实例。
