The aim is to eliminate this problem by shifting the phase. Thus, the noise-free image is reconstructed without the need for any special signal processing algorithm or filter design. In this study, the images obtained with the conventional method and the proposed system are presented in 3 dimension. 摘要

本研究的目的是将相移技术应用于横向剪切数字全息显微镜对透明物体进行成像。为了从移相技术得到的干涉图中提取相位信息,利用四分之一波和半波片分别生成了4个不同相位值的全息图。在传统的横向剪切数字全息显微镜中,由于两个剪切物体光束之间的干扰而形成重复图像,并发生信息重叠。目的是通过转移相位来消除这个问题。因此,无需任何特殊的信号处理算法或滤波器设计,即可重建无噪声图像。在本研究中,采用传统方法和该系统获得的图像以三维形式呈现。通过对两幅图像的对比,证明了该系统的有效性。
