The test results show that under normal conditions, the vibration signal of GIS equipment shell is twice the frequency of the injection current, the amplitude is proportional to the square of the injection current, and the amplitude of the busbar gas chamber is higher than that of the isolation switch gas chamber. In the defect state, the vibration signal mainly shows the change of main frequency amplitude and high frequency harmonics. Using vibration signal characteristics, the isolation switch can be identified as normal state, spring loose defects, contact plate wear defects, contact not in place defects. 摘要

机械振动故障是造成GIS设备事故的主要原因之一。目前的研究主要集中在行程不足或母线松动缺陷下GIS隔离开关的振动特性,还缺乏对GIS设备在不同类型缺陷和不同严重程度下的振动特性进行全面比较。为此,本文搭建500kV GIS机械缺陷试验平台,获取不同幅值注入电流下隔离开关行程不足、母线触点座松动、屏蔽罩松动等不同类型和严重程度缺陷的GIS振动特性。试验结果表明,在正常情况下,GIS设备外壳振动信号为注入电流频率的两倍,幅值与注入电流的平方成正比,母线气室的幅值高于隔离开关气室。在缺陷状态下,振动信号主要表现为主频率幅值和高频次谐波的变化。利用振动信号特性,可识别隔离开关状态正常、弹簧松动缺陷、触点板磨损缺陷、触点不到位缺陷。并可将母线识别为正常状态、接触座松动缺陷、屏蔽罩松动缺陷、导杆异物缺陷、支撑座松动缺陷。
