The study was of a basic non-experimental cross-sectional type, a questionnaire was applied to measure the level of achievement of competencies through a Likert scale. It is proposed that the guided reading of the chosen books contributes to the development of competencies in the Law students of the Universidad Privada del Norte. The categorical qualitative variables, Level of Achievement and Performance Criteria of Competencies, were analyzed by means of the Chi-Square statistic that sought to determine the relationship, dependence, association or influence between variables. 摘要

本文通过对《法律导论》和《社会契约论》这两本书的阅读,分析了与《法律导论》课程学习成绩水平相关的能力。本研究为基本的非实验横断面型,采用李克特量表对胜任力成就水平进行问卷调查。建议所选书籍的指导阅读有助于发展北私立大学法律系学生的能力。分类定性变量,成就水平和能力表现标准,通过卡方统计来分析,以确定变量之间的关系、依赖、关联或影响。结果表明,参与学生的学业成绩水平与能力的表现标准有显著的关系。
