摘要

为了保证空气吸收式播种机的播种质量，对播种机播筒真空度的控制是非常重要的。本文简要介绍了空气吸力播种装置的结构和工作原理，提出了一种基于SPCE061A的真空度模糊控制系统。根据SPCE061A单片机的特点和育苗生产线对播种器的控制要求，提出了语音控制与模糊控制相结合的播种器控制新技术。描述了一种二维模糊控制器的布局。利用MATLAB模糊工具箱进行了动力学仿真。仿真结果表明，采用模糊控制的方法对空气吸收式播种器中播种筒的真空度进行控制是可行的。
