Sample of macro algae was collected by using belt transect method. The results showed that there were 11 species of macro algae in the area which were belonged to 11 genera, 9 families, 8 orders, 3 classes and 3 divisions. Those species were Halimeda opuntia and Caulerpa serrulata (Chlorophyta), Padina minor and Turbinaria ornata (Phaeophya), Amphiroa rigida, Galaxaura rugosa, Ceratodictyon spongiosum, Gracilaria Salicornia, Laurencia papillosa, Acanthophora muscoides and Halymenia durvillaei (Rhodophyta). The highest density was represented by Amphiroa rigida (2.02 ind/m2) while the highest relative frequency of occurrence belonged to Padina minor (27%). \nKeywords : Community, macro algae, density, Eri, Ambon Bay \n \nABSTRAK \nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur komunitas makro alga meliputi komposisi jenis, frekuensi kehadiran serta kepadatan di Pantai Eri. 摘要
本研究于2016年11月在安汶湾埃里海滩对大型藻类的种类组成、密度和发生频率进行了群落结构研究。采用带样法采集大型藻类样品。结果表明,该地区有大型藻类11种,隶属于9科8目3纲3界11属。这些物种分别为:机会海苔和serrulata Caulerpa(绿藻门)、小巴迪娜和Turbinaria ornata(绿藻门)、坚硬Amphiroa、Galaxaura rugosa、Ceratodictyon spongiosum、海苔、Laurencia papillosa、棘藻和durvillia halmenia(红藻门)。密度最高的是刚毛Amphiroa rigida (2.02 ind/m2),相对发生频率最高的是较小的Padina(27%)。关键词:群落,大型藻类,密度,Eri, Ambon BayPenelitian dilakukan pada bulan 2016年11月。这是一种非常复杂的现象。蒙古那坎带样带取样方法。小檗属11种,11属,9科,8科,3科,3科。陆生绿藻:有机会的海苔和细叶藻。小水仙和鸟耳草。红唇鱼、硬角鱼、金毛蛾、海绵状角蛾、水杨花、月桂花、棘棘鱼和杜氏海棠花。龙葵属植物(2.02 ind/m2),龙葵属植物(2.02 ind/m2)和龙葵属植物(27%)。
