摘要

本文提出了一种结构简单、成本低的新型三波长掺铒光纤激光器(TW-EDFL),可输出1530nm、1540nm和1550nm三个波长,稳定实现1.5mW的输出功率。研究了掺铒光纤长度、泵浦功率和输出功率之间的关系,得出掺铒光纤的最佳长度为4.15m,最佳泵浦功率为200mW。通过增加三个可变光衰减器(VOA),采用增益均衡的方法来平衡谐振腔中三个信号灯的增益和损耗[1-2],可以成功避免室温下TW-EDFL的模式竞争效应。
