The phase and amplitude relation between each port was simulated. The time-delay between the port was 0.016 ns in the x-direction and 0.16 ns in the x-direction. The maximum amplitude difference between each port was 1 dB and the maximum phase difference error was ±6°. The S11 value was lower than -20 dB.
