The data were gathered online using an introductory information form created by the researchers,which included questions about women,s sociodemographic characteristics, health status, healthy lifestyle behaviors, and exercise status, as well as the Women,s Self-Confidence Scale and Google Questionnaires. In the evaluation of the data, number percentage distribution, chi-sguare analysis, Mann Whitney U test, and Kruskall Wallis test were used. \nFindings: 45% of the women who took part in the study constituted the group of the women who exercised, and 55% of the women participating in the study constituted the group of the women who did not exercise.
