Data were collected from 180 teachers working in different schools in Punjab, Pakistan. The sample was drawn using the convenience sampling technique. The direct and indirect hypotheses were tested using two-step Partial Least Square (PLS) path modelling. SEM has been used to analyze data. The findings of the research study designated the effect of servant leadership on work performance as essential. The results further revealed that in the relationship between servant leadership and work performance, team climate operates as a moderator, and this framework was mediated by employee ambidexterity. The work performance of teachers can be improved when the servant leaders encourage teachers to adopt ambidextrous activities by being exploration and exploitation according to the situation to meet challenges and overcome constraints. The study will act as a policy guide for Punjab School administration in areas such as employee performance enhancement through servant leadership style and employee ambidexterity, as well as team climate.
