摘要

新能源汽车的隔热性能是影响车辆正常运行的重要因素。本文在传统绝缘检测方法的基础上,设计了一种电压注入式绝缘检测方法。基于python语言结合NI-visa提供的库,实现高集成度,符合国家GB/T 18384.1-2015标准。实验结果表明,该保温检测系统能够准确检测新能源汽车的保温性能,满足新能源汽车线下检测标准。
