By using Lyapunov-Krasovskii(L-K) approach, and incorporating Wirtinger inequality and the relationship between neutral delay and discrete delay, the further stability and robust stability conditions are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Compared with some existing results, the proposed conditions in this paper contain some fewer variables, and meanwhile remain less conservative.
