摘要

针对大规模并行计算机系统中出现的超大型稀疏矩阵的可视化问题,提出了一种新的矩阵可视化数据的并行获取方法及相应的算法。所提出的方法是基于将矩阵降采样成块,并将所需的可视化数据保存到文件中。然后,这个文件应该被下载,并在个人电脑上处理成最终的图像。实验结果进一步验证了该算法的性能和可扩展性。
