Profile: Peter Tsai

Peter Tsai is a materials scientist who has conducted extensive research on nonwoven materials, especially melt-blown fibers and webs. He helped solve many important unmet needs, especially for filtration improvement, and his inventions/patents have been commercially significant for many industrial and medical applications. Taiwanese-born Tsai came to the United States after graduating college and working at the Taiwan Textile Research Institute.
