摘要

提出了一种新的非对称多电平逆变器拓扑结构。该拓扑结构采用双向辅助开关,大大提高了输出电压电平的数量,简化了拓扑结构。针对新的拓扑结构,提出了一种混合PWM方法,使不同单元的开关工作在不同的开关频率,以降低开关损耗。最后,搭建了一个11电平电压源逆变器实验系统,验证了拓扑结构和PWM控制方法。实验结果与仿真结果吻合较好。
