The interpretation rates of total radiologic examinations significantly increased after the introduction of PACS. The interpretation rate within 1 day increased 2.3 times higher after the introduction of PACS. 2. Both of the interpretation rates of radiologic examinations for outpatients and inpatients were significantly increased after the introduction of PACS. The interpretation rate within 1 day of radiologic examinations among outpatients increased 2.1 times higher and that among inpatients increased 3 times higher after the introducton of PACS. Conclusion: There was overall increase of interpretation rate suggesting the improvement of performance in department of radiology. This indicated that introduction of PACS brought about a positive impact on medical service quality through improving operational efficiency. 摘要

目的:本研究旨在通过识别影像学检查解释率的变化来评估图像存档和通信系统(PACS)引入后的效果。方法:收集我院2001年6月~ 2002年6月共297314例放射学检查资料。为了控制偏倚,我们将2001年12月PACS引入的月份排除在分析之外。收集解读时间、患者类型、临床科室和放射检查类型等数据。采用卡方检验评价PACS引入前后的差异。结果:1。采用PACS后,全放射学检查的解释率明显提高。采用PACS后,1天内的判读率提高了2.3倍。2. 引入PACS后,门诊和住院患者的影像学检查解释率均显著提高。引入PACS后,门诊患者1天内影像学检查的解释率提高了2.1倍,住院患者提高了3倍。结论:放射科口译率整体提高,反映放射科工作水平有所提高。这表明PACS的引入通过提高运营效率对医疗服务质量产生了积极影响。(韩国医学信息学会杂志13- 4,349 -359,2007)
