Managerial Behavior of Executives of Agricultural Enterprises

The managers of collective and state farms are one of the categories of workers in the national economy to which special attention is being devoted today. These personnel are to a large degree responsible for carrying out such tasks as the acceleration of scientific and technical progress in agriculture, the battle against wastefulness and losses, the improvement of output quality, the strengthening of order and discipline, and the improvement of managerial style. In other words, the farm manager is a key figure in the business of restructuring the management of this sector, in elevating it to a new, higher level.
