The fact that the employee is dependent on himself and that the employment relationship is carried out at the level of dependence is the most basic element that distinguishes the employment contract from other employment contracts. \nTermination of employment contract is generally divided into two groups. Namely; ends with the notice of termination and ends with the notice of termination. The termination of the employment contract with the notice of termination is the termination of the contract with the unilateral declaration of intent of the parties. REASONS FOR TERMINATION OF THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT OTHER THAN TERMINATION
