It is shown that the thickness of the insulator (the distance between the conductive sheets) and the inner radius have the most significant impact on the per-unit length parameters. The prototypes of the power busbars with spiral and rectangular cross-sections were created and measured. The calculated and measured values of their capacitances were compared. According to the results of quasi-static simulations, the power bus bar with the spiral cross-section allows reducing the inductance value and increasing the capacitance value up to 1.8 times compared to the bar with the rectangular cross-section.
