摘要

本研究的重点是研究游客对目的地的形象如何与游客满意度相关,并随后有意向他人推荐该地方。目的地意象从认知意象、情感意象和独特意象三个方面进行研究。通过对170个样本进行调查,并向前往巴图市旅游对象的游客分发在线和离线问卷,然后使用SEM-pls 3.0方法进行处理。结果表明:情感形象影响游客满意度和游后行为;认知成分对除推荐意向外的所有构念都有显著影响,而独特形象对游客满意度和游后行为也有显著影响。
