Analisis dan Desain Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia pada PT.DEF Metode TOGAF ADM (The Open Group Architecture Process Architecture Development Method)

PT. DEF is a manufacturing company engaged in electronics. This company has been established since 1991. Almost all of the products of this company are for export abroad. At first, human resource management only relied on a simple Microsoft Excel spreadsheet program. Then the more developed began to implement information systems. However, in its application, because there was no holistic planning before, the existing information systems were separated from one another. This causes the same data input activity on different systems. This researcher uses The Open Group Architecture Process Architecture Development Method / TOGAF ADM Method. This research produces an Enterprise Architecture/EA blueprint that can be implemented gradually in an organization or company with the hope that it can be used as a reference for EA implementation in the organization/company.
