The purpose of the work is to determine the zone of waves propagation of lightning overvoltage impulse along the catenary system, the degree of attenuation and the influence of the soil condition on the mode of their propagation.Materials and methods. The authors carried out tests on the waves propagation of lightning overvoltage impulse along the catenary system of the 1st (ring) track and the 15th (dead end) track of the Experimental Loop of the Railway Research Institute at the Shcherbinka station using a high-voltage impulse voltage generator.Results. During the tests, the influence of the soil condition on the mode of waves propagation of lightning overvoltage impulse was determined. The degree of attenuation of the lightning overvoltage impulse wave in the catenary system in the looped and dead end sections is determined, considering the influence of the reverse (reflected) overvoltage wave, as well as changes in the voltage level during the wave process occurring in the catenary system. The data obtained during the tests enable to determine the propagation speed of the lightning impulse wave.Discussion and conclusion. 介绍。本文对电气化铁路接触网系统中雷电过电压冲击的波传播进行了研究。工作的目的是确定雷电过电压脉冲沿接触网系统的波传播区域、衰减程度以及土壤条件对其传播方式的影响。材料和方法。在谢尔宾卡站,利用高压冲击电压发生器对铁路研究所实验环路1号(环形)轨道和15号(死角)轨道的雷电过电压冲击波沿接触网系统进行了波传播试验。在试验中,确定了土壤条件对雷电过电压冲击波传播方式的影响。考虑到反向(反射)过电压波的影响,以及在接触网系统中发生的波过程中电压电平的变化,确定了雷电过电压冲击波在环段和死端段的衰减程度。试验中获得的数据能够确定闪电脉冲波的传播速度。讨论与结论。所得试验结果将有助于提高接触网系统防雷装置对外部过电压的可靠性,并可用于改进绝缘元件。
