The intelligent application in the field of power distribution was still in research and exploration phase. Accordance with the State Grid Corporation of the “three sets five” management requirement, a real-time comprehensive data collection monitoring system was built which formatted a integrated distribution network data center in county power supply company, in order to provide technical support for great marketing system. With “SG186” engineering, a integrated enterprise information management system was built, which formatted a non-real-time systems integration data center, in order to achieve the application system data integration for enterprise production and management. 摘要

介绍了智能电网的概念和特点,分析了国内外智能电网的研究进展。智能化在配电领域的应用还处于研究和探索阶段。从信息采集、智能配电变压器和配电自动化三个方面,提出了智能配电网的建设思路和建设模式。按照国家电网公司“三套五”的管理要求,构建了县供电公司综合配电网数据中心实时综合数据采集监控系统,为大营销系统提供技术支持。通过“SG186”工程,构建了企业综合信息管理系统,形成了非实时系统集成数据中心,实现了企业生产管理的应用系统数据集成。从基础设施工程和关键技术的研究与应用来看,全县配电网自动化和信息化水平逐步提高,为今后全县智能配电网建设提供了基础。
