摘要

识别周边事件可以实现更智能的周边安全系统。本文提出了一种多分类器。支持向量机(SVM)和人工神经网络(ANN)是构建分类器的底层。顶层考虑时间演化特征,采用投票机制识别入侵;此外,为了提高分类器的自适应能力,还引入了增量学习模块。该分类器已成功应用于油气管道入侵检测系统中。实际结果表明,该方法对滋扰事件和入侵事件的识别率高达94.86%,对7种入侵事件的识别率为95.29%,完全满足实际应用需求。
