We report a record real-time unrepeatered experiment with 64 single-carrier 400Gb/s channels transmission over 320.5km fibre, applying large-area ultra-low loss fibre with average attenuation of 0.146dB/km, high power booster, and backward-propagating 2nd-order Raman without ROPA.
