Workforce diversity was observed as a phenomenon whose adoption transcends the compelling forces of government legislations but remains indispensable as a result of the incontestable complications associated with it. This paper proposes that it is imperative for organizations to recognize and foster an enabling environment that is inclusive and appreciative of individual uniqueness.
