In ECG signal baseline wander noise distorts the low frequency segments. The low frequency segment in ECG is ST segment. This paper presents development and implementation of architecture for a LMS based Adaptive filter using Spartan 3s400pq208-4 board and Xilinx system Generator (XSG) software, to minimize the Baseline wander noise (0.15 to 0.3Hz) from Electrocardiogram (ECG) signal. The signals under experiment are retrieved from MIT-BIH database and are added with Baseline wander noise. Efficient removal of Baseline wander noise is verified and observations are noted to get desirable SNR. 摘要
心电信号的基线漂移噪声去除是一个非常复杂的问题。在心电信号基线中,漂移噪声会使低频部分失真。心电的低频段是ST段。心梗相关信息从ST段进行再训练,因此获得无噪声的心电信号是非常必要的。本文利用Spartan 3s400pq208-4板和Xilinx system Generator (XSG)软件开发和实现了基于LMS的自适应滤波器架构,以最大限度地减少心电图(ECG)信号的基线漂移噪声(0.15至0.3Hz)。实验信号从MIT-BIH数据库中检索,并加入基线漫游噪声。验证了基线漫游噪声的有效去除,并记录了观测结果以获得理想的信噪比。本研究工作是利用FPGA进行自适应滤波,利用LMS算法去除基线漂移噪声,防止心电信号的低频成分。
