摘要

提出了一种利用不确定延迟混沌系统同步和扰动观测器的安全通信方案。采用径向基函数神经网络(RBFNN)构造扰动观测器。给出了RBFNN的参数更新规律,用以逼近系统的复合扰动。设计了基于扰动观测器的同步控制方案,实现了两个混沌系统的同步。当实现同步时,可以从混沌信号中恢复发射信号。最后,通过一个算例验证了所提方案的有效性。
