摘要

本文结合某航空航天高压大功率配电设备,对合流结构的不均匀电场分布、小间隙低压放电特性、蠕变安全控制路径以及绝缘材料表面闪络击穿特性进行了研究。在分析研究高压放电特性的基础上,有针对性地对大功率汇流结构绝缘保护设计进行优化和改进,减少大功率汇流结构在高电位差下不均匀电场的形成,避免局部小间隙低压环境下放电的隐患,增加结构爬电路径设计;消除了表面闪络和击穿的危险,从根本上提高了高压设备的可靠性。
