This research is qualitative research with a kind of quasi-experimental research (One Group Pretest-Posttest Control Design). The sample in this study were basketball extracurricular students in Palembang vocational high School 3, which numbered 20 people. The test instrument used was a shooting test instrument. Analysis of the data in this study using the t-test, namely by comparing the results of the Pretest and Posttest in BEEF training and wall shooting exercises. From the data analysis, the results were obtained: it turns out that the t count is greater than the t table, t count t table = 7.17 2, 09, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. 摘要
本研究旨在确定牛肉训练方法和墙壁投篮练习对职业高中课外学生篮球比赛投篮成绩的影响。本研究是一种准实验研究的定性研究(一组前测后测对照设计)。本研究的样本为巨港第三职业高中的篮球课外学生，共20人。所使用的测试仪器为射击测试仪。本研究的数据分析采用t检验，即通过比较BEEF训练和墙射击训练的前测和后测结果。从数据分析中得到的结果是:t计数大于t表，t计数t表= 7.17 2.09，因此接受Ha，拒绝Ho。由此可以得出结论:“在SMK Negeri 3巨港，有牛肉训练方法和墙壁投篮练习对课外学生投篮篮球比赛结果的影响”。
