Thus, a diagnosis of nonexperimental, cross-sectional design, exploratory study and descriptive-qualitative statistics was carried out; a survey was applied in the field to the collaborators of the organisms. The results indicate the necessary training areas in: cultural marketing, networking, artistic production, cultural administration, financing, creation of projects; and some more specific workshops; as well as recommendations linked to working with cultural managers of both genders, to be permanently trained, to obtain courses through alliances, to increase the number of young people who collaborate, to use more technologies, among other weaknesses.
