RISKS OF INVOLVING UNUSED AGRICULTURAL LAND IN THE TURNOVER IN ENSURING THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE RYAZAN REGION

В Рязанской области наблюдается ежегодное увеличение сельскохозяйственных угодий. Однако, проблема неиспользуемых сельскохозяйственных земель остается актуальной и по сей день. Выявление и возврат в оборот неиспользуемых земель - важная социально-экономическая задача региона. Помимо всего вышеперечисленного в данной работе исследуются риски, сопутствующие введению в оборот неиспользуемых сельскохозяйственных земель. In the Ryazan region, there is an annual increase in agricultural land. However, the problem of unused agricultural land remains relevant to this day. Identification and return to circulation of unused lands is an important socio-economic task of the region. Rational use of land implies not only efficient operation, but also the development of agricultural territories. In addition to all of the above, this paper examines the risks associated with the introduction of unused agricultural land into circulation.
